Experienced Painter (Employee or Subcontractor)

We are actively building a dedicated painting crew for interior and exterior work across Snohomish and King Counties.

  • 2+ years professional painting experience
  • Strong skills in prep work, spraying, and clean finishes
  • Reliable transportation and basic painting tools
  • Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Spanish/English bilingual is a big plus

Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on skills, experience and role (W2 employee or 1099 subcontractor)

Handyman / Carpenter (Employee or Subcontractor)

Looking for skilled tradesmen to handle general repairs, maintenance, light construction, and kitchen remodel support across Snohomish and King Counties.

  • Strong carpentry, drywall, trim, and finishing skills
  • General handyman experience (plumbing, electrical, doors, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation and own tools
  • Professional appearance and good customer communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on skills, experience and role (W2 employee or 1099 subcontractor)
