Labor Warranty

We proudly offer the following warranties on all labor:

• 2 Year Warranty on all Painting Services
• 2 Year Warranty on Kitchen Remodels and Major Carpentry Work
• 1 Year Warranty on all Handyman Repairs

What is Covered?

We warrant our workmanship against defects in materials and installation. If something fails due to our installation, we will repair or replace it at no additional labor cost.

Material Issues

Our warranty covers labor only, unless we ruined the materials during the installation. If a problem is caused by a material defect (paint, cabinets, flooring, etc.), we will:

• Help you contact the manufacturer
• Remove and reinstall the new material at a discounted labor rate

What is NOT Covered?

• Customer-supplied materials
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by abuse, neglect, or improper use
• Issues resulting from pre-existing conditions
• Any exterior staining due to the harsh PNW weather

All warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original customer.
